Marc - if Sauvignon Blanc is the white version of cab sauv, why is it in chard bottles rather than cab bottles? does it matter?

I think the Rhone Valley is my favorite French wine region.

The first and only time I visited Oregon wine country was in 2019. I want to get back there so bad. I enjoyed Domaine Drouhin, Hawks View Vineyards Domaine Serene, Willamette Valley Vineyard and Cave Ridge Vineyards. Ive been to Napa Valley a couple of times but I really prefer Oregon.

I had a really nice time two years ago wine tasting in the Willamette Valley. There were some misses, but definitely some hits. Although I went during the summer, Wichmann Vineyards wouldn’t ship the bottles I purchased until October when the weather was cooler. Their reasoning being so that bottles wouldn’t be stuck in hot trucks and package centers.
